Mouse River Players offered our first Senior-student bridging the generations workshop that was held from June 12-June 22..

Youth Program
The Mouse River Players continue their long tradition of not only producing quality theater productions, but also making sure that thespians of all ages have a part in the theatrical process.

The Mouse River Players' "Mini Mousers" program is designed specifically for young students, between the ages of 6 and 14. Program classes are taught by experienced and trained local artists.

Mini Mousers' classes include:
    • Puppetry,
    • Script writing,
    • Stage movement,
    • Audition techniques,
    • Acting techniques,
    • Dance movement of various styles,
    • Musical theater techniques
    • Oral techniques and tips,
    • And auditioning procedures.

Classes lead to auditions for the Mouse River Players' annual family production. In this production, the majority of support, on and off the stage, comes from the participants in the Mini Mousers program.
